The hotel had a very authentic Japanese atmosphere that we really enjoyed. The staff was incredibly helpful, always kind and willing to assist us with anything we needed. The food was simply amazing, with a wide variety of local dishes prepared to perfection. The room was very comfortable, with a traditional touch that made us feel immersed in the local culture. The hot tub was definitely a highlight, offering a relaxing and invigorating experience.

Although the service was outstanding, the reception area was a bit small and unorganized. We had trouble differentiating between the public area and our room slippers, causing some confusion throughout our stay.
